The purpose of this document is to detail and explain how UNIO collects, stores, processes, shares and transfers your personal data (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”). The Privacy Policy applies when you visit the Website, when you create an account or in the course of UNIO’s performance of its services.

The Privacy Policy informs you clearly, easily and transparently about the origin and use of the information we process and about the rights you have.

By using the Site, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy may be amended to reflect changes in applicable law or changes to our services. The new Privacy Policy will apply from the date of its publication. In the event of any material changes, we will notify you by any means.

Within the meaning of the applicable regulations, the data controller, who determines the purposes and means of the processing, is Sébastien Kuperfis, whose company has a capital of 16,000 euros and whose registered office is located at 7 place Saint Sulpice 75006 Paris, RCS 793 598 202 PARIS – FRANCE.

When you provide your personal data, you expressly consent to the processing of said data, which is necessary for the performance of its services by UNIO. This processing may also be necessary to comply with legal obligations (storage of mandates, transactions, etc.).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to process your data, in accordance with applicable regulations and to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk by protecting your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and modification.

What kind of Personal Data do we collect?

The collection forms will stipulate whether the personal data you provide us with is optional or mandatory. If you do not provide the mandatory information, you will not be able to use our services.

If you agree, we will collect your connection and browsing data whenever you visit the website.

Why do we collect your personal data?

The information and personal data entered on the website https://www.unio.fr/, and collected by the UNIO group, may only be communicated to the recipients mentioned below and for the sole purposes of:

– Commercial prospecting by the UNIO group’s real estate consultants;

– Responses to user enquiries;

– Management of email alerts and subscriptions;

– Management and performance of the services stated in the corporate purpose (valuation, transaction, purchase, sale, rental, real estate management, promotion, etc.);

– Improvement of digital services, applications and the website https://www.unio.fr/ ;

– Compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations, including accounting, legal matters, tax, legal and technical declarations, fraud prevention and the collection of information for anti-money laundering and corruption (TRACFIN) for example;

– To exercise our rights, particularly the exercise or defence of our legal rights;

– To allow you to exercise your rights.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

The agencies of the UNIO group, a list of which may be communicated on request.

Its commercial partners (agents, etc.), and subcontractors (host, IT service provider, etc.), in the context of commercial operations and services provided by the UNIO group, unless the data subject objects.

Aside from the cases set out above, the UNIO group undertakes not to sell, rent, transfer or give third parties access to the personal data of users without their prior consent.

Personal information is only communicated to third parties to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations (fraud prevention, exercise of the right to be heard).

Furthermore, in the event that all or part of UNIO is sold or transferred to a third party, your Personal Data may be transferred to said party in accordance with applicable regulations.

Transfert outside the UE

Your personal data may be transferred to a country outside the European Union that does not offer an adequate level of protection according to the applicable regulations. Prior to this transfer, UNIO will take all appropriate measures to ensure that the recipients implement all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and provide the same level of protection as that required by the applicable regulations.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Users’ personal data is only kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out and in accordance with applicable regulations.

The personal data of a non-customer user is kept for a period of three years from the date of its collection or from the most recent contact from the user (for example, connection to the website or a click on a hypertext link contained in an email). After this period, the UNIO Group may contact the user again to offer them the option to continue receiving our information and/or to make use of their account on the site.

A customer’s personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to manage the commercial relationship, i.e. the duration of the performance of the services plus three years. After this period, data is kept and archived for the time necessary to fulfil the legal obligations of the UNIO group (ten years for documents and accounting records) or to safeguard or defend its rights.

Audience measurement statistics, the information stored on your device (e.g.cookies) and any other information used to identify or track you, including raw traffic data associating with an identifier, are not kept beyond thirteen months.

If you decide to exercise your right to erasure or your right to object, your personal data will be deleted from the active database, but may be retained for the applicable limitation period or the retention period stipulated by law and will be archived.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the legal provisions set out in French data protection law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and European Regulation no. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), the user has the right to:

– Request access to their data, to find out what personal data is held by the UNIO Group;

– Request the updating of their data;

– Request portability;

– Ask for their data to be deleted (the right to erasure does not apply when the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation requiring us to retain said data, or when it is necessary for the exercise or defence of our legal rights);

– Restrict the processing of their data;

– Object to or withdraw consent to the use of their data by our services.

– Give instructions about the conservation, erasure and communication of their personal data post mortem;

– Register on the Bloctel list of opposition to telephone canvassing.

Cookies

When visiting the website, we may record information on users’ browsing in files known as “Cookies” installed on the user’s device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.).

The purpose of these cookies, which are either issued by the UNIO Group or by trusted third parties, is to collect and temporarily store information about user’s use of the site to monitor the volume, type, and configuration of website traffic and thus improve the experience and service that we offer.
